Returns, Exchanges & Store Credits

Return Form

You can find complete details on return conditions in the Returns and Exchanges FAQs. We invite you to complete this Return Form within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. Return items must be delivered to the courier within 7 days from the date that you complete the form.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 7-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in. To return a damaged product, contact Customer Service directly. Enter the Order Number relating to the products you want to return.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

If you have any queries with regard to refunds, returns and exchanges, you should find some useful advice here. If not, please contact us for assistance.

MAY I RECEIVE A REFUND?

No. We do not offer refunds as all sales are final. However, we do offer store credits for merchandise that is returned in the exact same order it was received (unworn, unaltered and with all hang tags, zip ties and security seal attached). You may refer to our store credit policy for further details.

DO YOU HAVE AN EXCHANGE POLICY?

Yes, we will exchange Privileged Hair Extensions, but cannot do so if they have been worn or altered in any way.  Altered products include and are not limited to use of a brush, comb, heating tools, sharp tools, application of hair products, or chemically treated or steam processed.  

MAY I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, if the hair extensions are in the original packaging with the security seal, zip ties, hang tags attached to the hair and has not been worn or altered.

BUT I HAVE CUT THE ZIP TIES/BROKEN THE SEAL – CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

No, this is a hygienic product and worn or altered products cannot be exchanged due to health & safety reasons.  Other similar suppliers adapt the same policy.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you need to make an exchange of your purchase, contact us at support@lookprivileged.com within the seven (7) day exchange period. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. All Privileged Hair Extensions must be shipped back in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by any promotional items, the RMA form and a copy of your invoice.

We will then provide you with our return address which is at a facility that is closest to you where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Worn or altered merchandise will not be exchanged.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS WHEN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you are responsible for these shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return via a tracked postage method. We are not responsible for lost returns. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGED PRODUCT?

Your replacement extension will be dispatched once it has been received by us, inspected and confirmed that the security seal, zip ties and hang tags have not been broken and the hair extensions have not been worn, or altered in any way.

WHAT IS THE TIME PERIOD FOR EXCHANGES?

Once the exchange has been approved, we will provide an exchange within seven (7) days of the approval date provided we have the product you desire in stock.  If we do not have the desired product in stock, a store credit will be issued. 

CAN I MAKE A RETURN WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU FOR AN RMA?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair extensions from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our facility.

Store Credit

At Privileged Hair Extensions, a store credit is issued in place of a refund. Once we have received an authorized return as set forth in our return policy, a store credit code will be generated and issued to the email stored in your account.

  • Store credit may not be purchased or transferred to another person or account.
  • Store Credit is only provided for purchased items that have been returned.
  • Store Credit is only issued to the name and email address associated with the original order.
  • Store Credit can only be used on our website for items available to purchase.
  • Store Credit may not be cashed out and is not eligible for a cash refund.
  • Store credit should be treated like cash. We will not be held responsible for stolen codes.
  • If your purchase amount exceeds the value of your store credit, you will need to provide an additional method of payment for the balance.
What do I do if I misplaced my credit code?

If you have misplaced your store credit code, please contact us and we will be more than happy to email you another copy. We will only email the credit code to the name and email address associated with the returned order. No other requests will be honored.

Will my store credit expire or will I incur any service fees?

Store Credit does not expire and service fees will not be assessed for non-use.

By opting to receive store credit, you are certifying and representing to Privileged Hair Extensions that the activities in connection with which the Store Credit will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations including the Terms and Conditions that govern this website. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify us against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of Store Credit or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

Your use of Store Credit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
