Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping carrier will calculate costs based upon weight and/or dimensions of package and delivery address. The prices on our site includes the shipping fees for ground shipping within the Continental U.S. for priority shipping only. Shipments are sent Monday through Saturday and excluding holiday periods.
If we cannot process your order for any reason i.e. payment or address details, it may be delayed by up to 3-5 business days.DELIVERY DETAILS:
- We are not responsible for delays due to destination country's customs clearance process.
- Allow up to 24 to 48 hours for delivery update.
- All timings exclude 1-2 days for processing. The processing times may be extended during sales/promotions.
- Shipping Insurance is available for an additional cost. The option is made available during the checkout process.
It is up to you to give us the correct address and changes to an address may be difficult to accommodate. For this reason, please double-check the address as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address, as given by buyer. If your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address but if the package is returned to us by the carrier in the same order it was shipped, we will give you a refund/exchange minus our cost of shipping. No refunds will be granted if we are not in receipt of the package.DELIVERY OF ITEMS
Once our shipment has been accepted by the mail carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen items and late deliveries. If you have not received an item, but tracking details show delivery, please contact the carrier for help.SECURITY CONFIRMATION
We may need to verify further details for security in the following cases. This may cause slight delays in shipment:
- Billing address does not match with credit card – You will receive an email requesting confirmation of the information provided.
- Shipping and billing addresses are different – You will receive an email requesting that you confirm the two addresses.
- Order total is high – You will receive an email requesting that you confirm your order for the total amount shown.
Shipping Times & CostUSA
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days – Shipping fees are included for ground shipping within the Continental U.S.
- Express Shipping- 1 business day – Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of checkout
- First Class Mail International - 7-12 business days - Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of checkout
- Priority Mail International - 3-5 business days - Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of checkout
- Express Mail International - 1-3 business days - Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of checkout
Our international customers are responsible for taxes, customs and import duties. We have no control over these costs, so please contact your customs office for charges and details. If you do not agree to the fees due, and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping. This will be deducted from your refund.
- On occasion, international shipping to some countries may take several weeks. We cannot be held responsible for these delays.
- Priority International Shipping - 6-10 business days
- Express International Shipping - 3-5 business days
